ATTORNEY AT LAW
Kristin Muscato is a graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law. She was first introduced to the practice of family law as a student attorney in the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Clinic where she represented clients in divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases.
In addition to family law and estate planning, her practice areas have included criminal defense and business law. She is committed to providing the best legal, negotiation and mediation services possible, with passion and integrity. She holds special interests for fathers' rights, child protection, and making The Law Office of Kristin M. Muscato's legal fees affordable and manageable for all.
Kristin is very dedicated to continually enhancing her deep knowledge of family law issues. She has participated in many family law specific conferences, trainings, and Continuing Legal Education courses.
Before graduating from law school, Kristin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology: Family Studies Emphasis and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. She spent time working in a domestic violence shelter advocating for women and children in these situations. She also conducted, wrote on and presented extensive research on domestic violence and its impact on women and children in family law situations.
Kristin is very committed to the communities of Northern Colorado. She serves as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for the Waypoints Galley, a nonprofit organization serving the hungry, homeless, and others in need. Kristin is also the owner/professional photographer of KMM Photography, a local photography business.
